Overview
Graze Restaurant in Willow Tree brings together quality regional dining and the produce of the Liverpool Plains. Located at the historic Willow Tree Inn, the award-winning restaurant is best known for its locally grown, dry-aged Black Angus beef, with cattle raised on the pastures of nearby Colly Creek before the beef is dry-aged on site.
Menus change seasonally and showcase fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with the restaurant offering everything from its signature steaks to a more casual bar menu featuring pub classics. Graze has been recognised by the Australian Hotels Association NSW as both a Best Country Restaurant and Best Steak Venue.
Choose from several dining spaces, including the intimate main dining room, private dining room, family-friendly Grain Store or outdoor terrace. With the Grain Store featuring an open fireplace and century-old Ironbark timber beams, and the terrace overlooking manicured gardens, Graze offers a memorable setting for a relaxed lunch, dinner, special occasion or gathering in the heart of Willow Tree.
