Overview

The Wynne Prize 2025 finalists prompt conversations around to observe, live in and treat the environment. Viewing paintings of urban places alongside remote landscapes brings these discussions into our everyday lives. Not restricted to the natural world, the paintings' subjects encompass the built environment, the impacts of historical interventions into the land, and the role of technology in contemporary lives.
