The Tootool Rest Stop Committee worked alongside Council to complete the Telstra Tootool Telephone Exchange Building mural. After many consultation sessions, an agreement to pursue the Mural was reached.
Damien Mitchell – an Australian/US based artist, originally from the Riverina, who specializes in large scare murals– began painting on May 25 and finished his work the following day.
