Bathurst Grange produziert hochwertigen australischen Gin und australischen Whisky auf seiner 1823 gegründeten staatlichen Farm. Ihr Ethos dreht sich um nachhaltige handwerkliche Praktiken und die Integration von Agrotourismus in ihre Farm und Brennerei.
Ihr Whisky und Gin wurden 2023 bei der World Spirits Competition mit Doppelgold ausgezeichnet, der höchsten Auszeichnung des renommiertesten Wettbewerbs. Besucher sind herzlich eingeladen, die Brennerei zu besuchen und ihre Spirituosen und andere Lebensmittel und Getränke zu probieren, die auf ihrer Farm und in der Region Central West hergestellt werden.
