Narrandera's Big Playable Guitar is on display at the Narrandera Visitor Information Centre.
The Big Guitar measures 5.820 metres by 2.019 metres and has its place in the 1991 edition of the Guinness Book of Records as the 'Worlds Largest Playable Guitar'.
Made by a member of the Narrandera Country Music Association Mr Robert Palmer; as a tribute to their interest in country music and as a focus for their association, the guitar took 300 hours to complete. Played as a bass guitar, two musicians are necessary due to its size.
Opening times
9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday, 10am- 2pm Sunday. Closed Christmas Day
