Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm in Nundle is a family-run aquaculture and gourmet food destination. Since 2006, the Sydenham family has grown the farm into an award-winning producer of premium trout, smoked meats, and artisan products.

Visitors can relax at The Drunken Trout Café with seating for 30 indoors and another 20 across the veranda and garden deck. The café serves their award-winning trout and smokehouse specialties in a peaceful countryside setting.

Arc-en-Ciel is also home to Nundle Smokehouse, producing beef, venison, poultry, and biltong – South Africa's famous version of jerky.

Thanks to the NSW Government's Bushfire Recovery Sector Development Program, major upgrades to their aquaculture and processing facilities are underway, ensuring they continue to live by their motto: striving for excellence.
