Southern Highlands Weekend Tasting Trail

The Southern Highlands Weekend Tasting Trail is a set route of three venues: Artemis Wines in Mittagong, Cherry Tree Hill Wines in Sutton Forest and Millsheds Distillery and Bar in Bowral. Both cellar doors pour a full tasting of their range, and Millsheds serves a flight of gins and liqueurs made with local ingredients.

The venues are set, but the timing is not. Visitors take the stops in any order across two consecutive days and stay as long as they like at each. All three tastings are prepaid.

The pass is valid for 12 months from purchase, so there is no fixed date to travel. All three venues require a booking, which can be made through the app, along with maps and maker videos for the route.
