Ballinaclash Winter Fireside Lunch

Settle in for a warm and cosy winter afternoon at Ballinaclash's Winter Fireside Lunch, an intimate celebration of exceptional wine, outstanding food and a chance to get to know the people behind the vineyard. Guests will be treated to a rare showcase of some of Ballinaclash's finest wines, paired with a spectacular menu crafted by acclaimed Canberra chef Monica Welsh of Word of Mouth Catering.

Starting with welcome drinks and canapés, with full access to the tasting table, where guests can explore Ballinaclash's latest releases alongside a selection of rare museum wines seldom available for tasting. The cellar door bar will also be open throughout the afternoon for additional beer and bottled wine purchases. This will be followed by a premium chef-prepared main course and decadent dessert, with each dish thoughtfully designed to complement Ballinaclash wines.

The Mullany family will host an informal Q&A, where guests are invited to join in the conversation with the vineyard owners, growers and French winemaker Chris Derrez, offering a fascinating insight into the craft, and the stories behind it all.
