Distillery Botanica is a hidden gem on the NSW Central Coast, where award-winning spirits are crafted amongst beautifully landscaped gardens.

Visitors can wander the fragrant grounds, sample gins and liqueurs in the tasting room, or enjoy a seasonal cocktail while taking in the garden views. The distillery hosts a range of hands-on workshops and experiences from 'Distill Your Own Gin' and cocktail classes to creative Sip and Paint or Clay and Sip events making it a must-visit destination for spirit lovers and experience seekers alike.
