Baraka is the passion project of husband-and-wife team Kat and Chef Ric, two dedicated food lovers who believe great food is at the heart of a great life. Led by Chef Ric, a classically trained chef with more than 20 years' experience, Baraka draws inspiration from the rich traditions of Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Growing up immersed in Lebanese cooking and refining his craft in some of Australia's leading kitchens, Ric brings a depth of skill, creativity and authenticity to every dish. Having also owned and operated cafés of his own, he combines technical expertise with a warm, welcoming dining style that has helped shape Baraka into one of the standout restaurants in Lennox Head.
