Tuross Head is a picturesque coastal village, perched on a low-lying headland between two stunning lakes - Tuross Lake and Coila Lake. The peninsula is dotted with Norfolk Island Pines standing tall and elegant above superb beaches.

One Tree Point is a popular picnic area with barbeques, cycle path and car parking, situated at the southern end of One Tree Beach and north of Main Beach.

The views from One Tree Point Lookout, aptly named for the lone Norfolk Island Pine standing on the point, are expansive and offer a good land-based vantage point for whale watching in the spring. The lookout and large viewing platform is accessed via a short pathway from the car park.
