Next, wander through the vines and step into the world of winemaking with Terry and Julie at Orange Mountain Wines. Taste the grapes off the vine, fermenting wine and a barrel sample to gain a true behind the scenes with the winemaker.

This immersive experience ends with a beautiful fresh produce grazing table with local cured meats and cheeses, complemented by nuts and fruits from the trees, as the sunsets over the foothills of Mount Canobolas.
