Entrée: Honey-Glazed Ham Croquettes, Crispy golden croquettes with smoky ham and mustard aioli and Mini Yorkshire Puddings, Filled with rare roast beef, horseradish cream and fresh thyme.
Main: Crispy Pork Belly, served with soft polenta, apple cider gravy and roasted root vegetables and Duck Breast with Burnt Orange & Rosemary Jus, Served with kipfler potatoes and seasonal greens
Dessert Selection: Sticky Date Pudding - Warm and rich with bush honey butterscotch sauce and whipped cream and Mini Trifles - Classic layers of sponge, custard, jelly and berries in individual glasses
