Half-Light: The Autumn Equinox Celebration at Frida's Field
Overview
Frida's Field invites guests to celebrate the Autumn Equinox with an intimate, one-night-only progressive dining experience in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
Limited to just 50 guests, the evening marks the moment when day and night are equal, welcoming the first true day of autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Set across the 120-acre regenerative farm in Nashua, the event offers a rare opportunity to step away from routine and connect with nature, seasonal produce and like-minded company.
As golden hour settles over the fields, guests will be welcomed with a seasonal canapé and cocktail before moving through the property to enjoy a series of curated food and beverage pairings. Highlights include wood-fired flatbread with grilled Ballina prawns, spanner crab custard with trout roe and dashi butter, and wood-fired Wagyu beef with roasted seaweed purée and grilled onion. The evening concludes fireside with an interactive dessert experience, hot chocolate and storytelling beneath the stars.
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with at least 48 hours' notice.
