Colour Frenzy is a colourful 5k fun run and community event in Wollongong for participants of all ages. Colour Frenzy is a colourful 5k fun run and community event in Wollongong for participants of all ages.

Walk, jog, run or crawl through five colour stations, a foam station filled with bubbles, and exciting inflatable crawl obstacles. The event is untimed and self-paced, making it suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Participants choose their own distance on the 1.25 kilometre looped course. Complete one lap, multiple laps or the full 5 kilometre fun run at a comfortable pace.

Every participant receives a race pack containing an entry wristband, sunglasses and a personal colour pouch, along with a finisher medal to celebrate the achievement.

More than a 5k fun run, Colour Frenzy is a vibrant outdoor community event filled with music, laughter, and colourful moments from start to finish. Families, friends, schools, community groups, individuals and dogs are all welcome to join the celebration.

Every registration also helps support local animal rescue organisations across Australia, making every colourful step count for animals in need.
