This family beach house has many traditional Australian beach house features and is filled with memories. It’s located right on top of Merimbula’s primary peninsula, Long Point, and a 2-3 minute walk away from beautiful bar beach.
The house sits between the calm waters of Merimbula Bay and the wild ocean of Middle Beach. The clifftop is prime viewing for whales during September and October.
The property features two bathrooms, with one being an en-suite, along with an additional toilet. It offers two living spaces, a kitchen, a laundry area, and three outdoor decks, including an outdoor shower. A deck located upstairs provides stunning views overlooking Main Beach and Merimbula's hills and hinterland. Guest access includes a BBQ in a private, fenced courtyard, as well as access to the upstairs sitting room and deck with views of Merimbula Bay.
