Decked by swaying palm trees, Bannisters Pavilion embodies a laid-back vibe with 35 contemporary rooms only footsteps from the beach. The Pavilion boasts a rooftop pool, the Rooftop Bar and Grill, which is open to in and out-of-house guests, offering a flavourful modern-Australian menu with a killer cocktail list. Hotel guests can head upstairs to the exclusive and private Upper Deck to enjoy ocean views through the eucalyptus treetops.
