Rest & Restore is a gentle two night retreat designed for those who need to slow down and reset. Held at The Rooms on the South Coast NSW, this intimate experience invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Over three days, you'll enjoy slow mornings, nourishing shared meals, and a carefully curated program of yoga, breathwork, and guided reflection. There is also plenty of time to rest, walk in nature, or simply be. With a maximum of eight guests, this is a boutique and personal experience in a calm and supportive setting.

Your stay includes all accommodation, meals, daily yoga and breathwork sessions, reflection practices, and a welcome gift to support your retreat journey.
