Malia Huskisson

Malia is a boutique collection of two luxury holiday residences in Huskisson, on the shores of Jervis Bay, NSW — Malia Beach House and Malia Studio, sitting just 400 metres from the beach and the town's main strip. Positioned as "quietly exceptional" Malia is the kind of place guests arrive at and immediately exhale: designed for intention and built for calm connection, rather than showy indulgence.

Malia Beach House is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom family sanctuary sleeping up to eight, with a pool, a kids' indoor-outdoor retreat complete with slide and playhouse, a sandpit, and an expansive outdoor BBQ kitchen — built so the children stay entertained while the parents genuinely unwind. Malia Studio is the more intimate offering, a one-bedroom escape sleeping up to four, made for slow mornings and nights under the stars, with its own private infrared sauna and alfresco kitchen.

Across both properties the design features vaulted ceilings and skylights for light, oak, natural stone and microcement for warmth, and open-plan layouts that draw people together. Guests come for the whale and dolphin watching, national park walks and world-class beaches nearby. Now welcoming bookings in 2026, Malia describes itself simply as "the place people return to."
