Inside, an L-shaped lounge and dining layout centres on comfort and simple living: ceiling fans keep things cool in summer and a gas heater adds warmth in winter. The living room features a brand-new LG 55-inch Cinema Series OLED smart TV with apps for Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and there's an owner's pantry of basic items you're welcome to use (please replace if you empty anything).

The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a jetted spa bath with a large window opening onto the backyard — perfect for a soak with a book and a glass of wine.
