Head to the Ti Tree Racecourse for the biggest race day in Cooma. Held annually, on the first Saturday in December, with the main race being the Sundowners Cup - named in honour of the movie The Sundowners which was filmed in and around Cooma, Adaminaby and Nimmitabel in 1959.
One thousand locals were extras at the Ti Tree Racecourse when the race scene was filmed for the movie. Come and experience a great day out at the races.
Come to the social event of the year! There will be a Fashions on the Field competition. Gates open at 11am.
