Luminance Art Gallery Port Macquarie

Luminance Art Gallery is in the heart of Port Macquarie's arts and cultural hub, across the forecourt from Glasshouse. It exhibits exciting, vibrant and original artwork: Indigenous, abstract, landscape, quirky, imaginative and bold works by young, emerging and established artists from the New South Wales Mid North Coast.

For Christmas, Luminance Art Gallery hosts the JOY Exhibition, featuring work by local artists under 15.

Also exhibiting in JOY are established local artists Yvonne Kiely, Rose Burke and Malcolm Harding. By including these established artists, JOY adds experience to the mix and illuminates some of the pathways available for regional artists.

Exhibitions change monthly. After JOY, they feature work by Wendy Stokes, Stephen Killick and Jo Davidson. Other artists exhibiting at Luminance include Rachel Cross, Jacinta Janik, Kay Thurston, Myffie Coady, Chris Proctor, Stu Doherty, Stewart Hambrett and Tony Williams.
