The upper and lower fully self-contained apartments capture panoramic ocean views towards the Lighthouse and surf beach, a short 300-metre walk. Lighthouse Beach has a flagged patrolled swimming area (in season), the beach south of Watonga Rocks allows for dogs to be off-leash.

Both fully air-conditioned apartments can be booked together, or separately (by locking an internal door on the ground level. The ground floor has two bedrooms, with a queen bed in each, a fold-out double divan in the living area. The upper level, one large bedroom, a queen bed and two double fold out divan in the large living area. All linen is provided.

Adding to the beach amenities, the adjacent Lighthouse Beach shopping centre has popular coffee shops, dining facilities, camel rides, fishing. close by Blair Reserve, rain forest boardwalks, children's playgroun and open reserve.
