River Fest - Tea Gardens
Overview
Head to the beautiful riverside town of Tea Gardens for the fabulous River Fest.
The day-long festival is free and has something for everyone, and all ages, from ferry joy rides, duck races and a prawn-eating competition.
The day kicks off with a dog show - great prizes for your precious pooches who have the waggiest tails and the biggest smiles.
There will be dozens of stalls along the waterfront offering a range of delicious culinary delights as well as clothes stalls, unique art and creative works and locally grown organic products.
Fire trucks will give the kids and big kids a chance to hose down. You can also add face painting, live music and a petting zoo.
The festival is environmentally friendly and suitable for persons with disability.
A full program of events at River Fest is available online at the Myall Times website/Facebook page, and Myall Times Myall River Fair Facebook page.
