Open plan kitchen and dining area combine to form a spacious, comfortable living space. For those warm summer nights, you can enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony, which includes a barbecue and outdoor dining table.

Both bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and have ensuite bathrooms.

Downstairs is a full-size laundry including a washer and dryer and an additional powder room. There is also an inground swimming pool set amid lush gardens. This property has a double lock-up garage with internal access.

This property can accommodate up to four guests plus one additional child on the sofa bed. All linen is supplied, just bring your beach towels!

The bottom level of this property is tenanted separately. Guests will have exclusive access to the top floor, including the double lock up garage, as well as the ground floor amenities such as the laundry, powder room and pool.
