To maintain a comfortable climate, there are two sun shades on the balcony, and throughout the apartment there is reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer nights.

The single lock up garage is remote controlled and has room for storage at the rear. However please note, the garage is best suited for small-medium sized vehicles. The complex's basement is protected by two security gates. You can take the lift directly to your front door from the basement.
