Tamesis is an off-Grid Glamping and Private Camping retreat, near Seal Rocks and Smiths Lake. Tamesis is a secluded 27-acre wilderness retreat nestled in the pristine surrounds of Wallingat State Forest, just minutes from Seal Rocks, Smiths Lake, and Blueys Beach (with easy 2WD access directly from The Lakes Way). Perfect for couples, solo travellers, and adventure seekers. Tamesis offers a peaceful, affordable off-grid escape with stunning natural surroundings, abundant wildlife, and partial lake views from every site. They have been lovers of the Great Lakes region for almost 30 years and are excited to share the magic of the area with you. Tamesis offers a fully self-contained caravan with everything you need, including cooking facilities, a fridge/freezer, an outdoor setting, and access to a toilet and shower. This is the ultimate off-grid glamping experience. They also offer their own on-site glampervan (Shelly), your RV, Campervan, tent, and Wilderness tent sites. Some sites are 20-60 metres from the road, with some traffic noise at times. Earplugs included.
