Woolgoolga Wellness Expo

The Woolgoolga Wellness Expo is a free, family-friendly event celebrating health, wellbeing, sport, and community connection.

Held during the school holidays at the Wiigulga Sports Complex, the Expo brings together local health professionals, wellbeing providers, sporting clubs, and community organisations for an interactive morning of activities, education, and fun.

Visitors can meet local providers, explore community services, participate in live demonstrations and movement sessions, learn about injury prevention and recovery, and experience innovative health and performance technologies, including 3D shoe printing.

Designed for all ages and abilities, the Expo provides opportunities to discover new activities, connect with local services, and find practical ways to support a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Kids attending the Expo can also go into the draw to win a brand-new pair of football boots.

As part of Woolgoolga Wellness Week, the event will also feature the Woolgoolga Wellness Week Sports Camp by Star Athletics. Young people can try a range of sports, including AFL, soccer, basketball, volleyball, touch football, and cricket, while learning from experienced local coaches in a supportive and inclusive environment.
