The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, veranda access, and an ensuite with toilet and shower. The second bedroom can be configured with either two single beds or a king bed upon request. An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for all your culinary needs, flows into a spacious living and dining area. A second toilet upstairs ensures ease and comfort for entertaining.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find a second living area with a sofa couch that converts into a double bed. Sliding doors open onto another covered balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms on this level both feature queen-size beds. A bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine complete the amenities. For convenience, there's a double garage with internal access and ample off-street parking for boats, catering to fishing enthusiasts keen to explore the lake, river, and ocean. A boat launching area is just a short walk away.
