Start the week with the Annual Celebration Walk. The walk starts from the Ballina RSL Club at 10.30am and proceeds along River Street to the Ballina Visitor Information Centre for the official flag raising ceremony. The ceremony will include speeches and dancing/singing performances.

A section of the carpark behind the VIC (near the Maritime Museum) will be closed off for some kids activities and a BBQ after the walk.

The week will then continue with various events happening each day.
