Fair Go Skate Competition

Ballina's iconic Fair Go Skateboard Competition returns for its 26th year, celebrating one of Australia's longest-running and most loved skate events. Known for attracting some of the highest competitor numbers in the country, Fair Go continues to draw riders from all corners of Australia — from emerging talent to some of the nation's top skaters and aspiring Olympians, we are fortunate to showcase this event in our own backyard!

Competitors and spectators keep coming back each year from all corners of the country and this year will be no different.

The weekend kicks off on Friday afternoon with competition heats, followed by remaining heats and the grand finals on Saturday at Missingham Skate Park. Expect two days of high-energy skating, a relaxed coastal atmosphere, and plenty of excitement on and off the ramps. The event precinct will also feature food trucks, live music and giveaways, creating a vibrant festival feel for competitors and spectators alike.
