Renowned for its warm and friendly service and laid-back ambiance, Arajilla Retreat encapsulates the very essence of Lord Howe Island. Located just behind Old Settlement Beach where the turtles come down to swim, the Retreat nestles under a canopy of Kentia Palms and ancient Banyan Trees with timber pathways that lead through gardens to the beach.

The suites are modern, and feature well equipped kitchens and BBQ's, light and airy rooms, separate living areas furnished and styled in warm and pleasing colours. The suites have Wi-Fi, TV, telephones, bath robes, beach towels, beach chairs and back packs. Guests have access to mountain bikes and snorkelling gear as part of the tariff. After a day of surfing, fish feeding, mountain climbing and hiking, boating, biking, fishing, snorkelling and picnicking a variety of meals prepared by Chef Ben Crompton, and wines to go along with it, are available for your selection and purchase.

A light breakfast is included and access to their shop and deli is available for guests to purchase quality prepared meals. Transport to restaurants or alternative places is offered free of charge each evening.
And it's all less than a two hour flight from Sydney or Gold Coast.
