Hunter Villa

Hunter Villa is an architecturally designed five bedroom retreat overlooking the twelfth hole of the championship golf course. Spanning three levels, this remarkable home captures sweeping views across the fairway, tranquil lakes and surrounding countryside.

The open kitchen, dining and living pavilion is framed by soaring four metre ceilings and walls of glass. Flooded with natural light, the space flows effortlessly outdoors, perfect for long lunches and shared dinners. A double sided gas fireplace adds warmth indoors, and a private golf simulator with home theatre lets guests practise their swing before heading out to the course.

Outside, spend sunny afternoons beside the swimming pool and adjoining heated spa, or fire up the barbecue while taking in the uninterrupted golf course views. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor wood burning fireplace with a glass of local wine. Firewood kits are available from reception.

Hunter Villa accommodates up to ten guests, with a maximum of eight adults, in five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with an additional powder room. An electric vehicle charging station and parking for four vehicles are available. The home is not pet friendly. Wineries, restaurants and attractions are all a short drive away.
