Majors Lane Cooking School
Join Majors Lane Cooking School for a fun outdoor cooking class on their beautiful 100 acre vineyard.
Hands-On classes include Thai Street Food, Fresh Healthy Vietnamese and Authentic Mexican. In these classes you will learn how to create a fantastic banquet of four or five dishes.
Masterclass/Demonstrative classes include Low and Slow Smoked Brisket and Low and Slow Smoked Pork Ribs. Lunch includes a meat-sweat inducing banquet featuring meats straight from the smoker along with a range of sides.
All classes include a substantial lunch, recipe booklet, glass of wine or beer and either a souvenir apron or gift pack.
Classes are hosted by Majors Lane Cooking School and Lovedale Smokehouse’s Owner/Chef/Pitmaster Ben Sales.
Ben is a level four qualified Chef and is extremely passionate about food and loves inspiring participants with his in-depth knowledge, skills and travel and food experiences.
Individual and group bookings are welcome.
Private classes at a time that suits you are available with a minimum six participants.
