One of the Hunter Valley's most distinct accommodation options, the villas are a relaxed, adults-only, secluded, indulgent retreat from day-to-day life.

Their four stylish, private studio boathouses are perfect for couples enjoying a weekend away in wine country.

The Villa is their new two bedroom boathouse. Their overwater hideaway features luxury detailing for two couples and provides the perfect spot for entertaining groups in the boathouses.

One of the boathouses (Boathouse 1) is fully wheelchair accessible and pet friendly - allowing you to bring one small, well behaved dog.

Catering for only 12 guests at a time Leaves and Fishes ideal is for non-intrusive service. Find sanctuary in the serenity of their unique ecosystem and be at one with nature on your next escape.
