They have asked people to share their favourite brooches and the stories behind them. They have heard about gifts that mark the start of courtship and a long marriage, a special memento from a parent, and that special find in a shop while travelling.

Brooches have the power to create connections across generations as stories of these precious heirlooms are preserved and shared.

Every brooch has a story. Every brooch can bring an outfit alive.

This exhibition combines storytelling, fashion, history, and an online community to inspire individuals to learn more about the brooches in their collection and start wearing them again.
