Albury Winter Solstice
Wednesday 21 June 2023
Overview
On the longest night of the year, Survivors of Suicide and Friends hosts a free event to bring together the Albury Wodonga community in commemoration of those who have died by suicide. With exceptional speakers and heart-warming performances, it’s a night to remember and reflect loved ones.
This year they welcome Victorian Commissioner for LGBTQIA+ Communities Todd Fernando, speaker and musician Clare Bowditch and former CEO of Lifeline Australia John Brogden AM, alongside the ever-wonderful MC, David Astle. Ainslie Wills and The Northern Folk will be performing, so please join for the eleventh year of reflecting, remembering, connecting and conversations through storytelling.
