House of remix: Creative Photography Workshop with Tim Crutchett

Join photographic artist and CSU Lecturer in Creative Arts, Timothy Crutchett, for a fun and hands-on creative photography workshop. Inspired by two of the Gallery's current exhibitions—Dr Christian Thompson: House of Gold and Gregory Carosi: House of Cards—students will head out on a short photo walk around the neighbourhood before returning to the Gallery to print their images.

Back in the studio, participants will work together to cut, remix, build and collage each other's photos, creating a one-of-a-kind collaborative artwork. Everyone will take home a digital version of their final creation.

Note: This workshop is great for photography/photo media students, but no experience is needed. If a student doesn't have a camera phone or tablet, please contact the Gallery and one can be provided.
