Since 1921, the City of Wagga Wagga Eisteddfod Society has been providing a valuable performance opportunity for young, amateur, and emerging musicians, dancers, performers and public speakers in the region. Each art form (Music, Dance, Highland, Speech and Drama) hosts experienced adjudicators over the month of September to provide valuable feedback to entrants. Since 1921, the City of Wagga Wagga Eisteddfod Society has been providing a valuable performance opportunity for young, amateur, and emerging musicians, dancers, performers and public speakers in the region.
Each art form (Music, Dance, Highland, Speech and Drama) hosts experienced adjudicators over the month of September to provide valuable feedback to entrants.
Their motto is 'Perform Your Best', and strives to continue to provide performance opportunities to people in the region with increasing professionalism.
They are in the fourth year of the 'Five Year Plan', which seeks to increase the presence at the Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre and the Riverina Playhouse - the best performance spaces in the region.
A finale concert and major awards ceremony will be held at the Riverina Playhouse.
