5 into 4 – Art Exhibition at The Queanbeyan Hive
Overview
Five artists. Four rooms. A series of immersive spaces to explore.
5 into 4 brings together a diverse group of artists, each transforming the rooms of The Queanbeyan Hive with their own distinct visual language. Visitors are invited to move through the space and experience each body of work in an intimate, room-by-room setting.
The exhibition features glass artists Susan Wiscombe and Jennine Boughton, whose delicate works explore ephemeral form and light. Rowan Kane presents richly patterned colour narratives, while Stuart Wiscombe's pastels and acrylics invite quiet exploration. Ian Ireland's mixed media works provoke thought and contemplation.
Friday evenings offer a vibrant opening experience with The Buzz Bar — a relaxed, community-run pop-up bar with live music, creating a warm and social atmosphere alongside the exhibition.
Set within the character-filled surrounds of The heritage listed Queanbeyan Hive, this exhibition offers a welcoming and engaging arts experience in the heart of Queanbeyan.
Visitors are encouraged to take their time, meet the artists, and enjoy a unique blend of art, music and community.
