Ferment the Orange Wine Centre

Housed in a carefully preserved heritage building, Ferment the Orange Wine Centre is a tasting centre, bottle shop and bar. Dedicated to showcasing the best wines, beers and spirits from Orange, the Central Ranges and beyond.

Open every day for wine tastings and every night for a glass or bottle of local wine, wine flights, cocktails and snacks. Our space features communal tables and bar, a wood fire for winter, as well as outdoor seating for the warmer months.

Ferment conducts wine tasting experiences and sales for the for the following producers:

Black, Carillion, Cook's Lot, Darragh, forsyth+stock wines, Jessop Wines, Matthew Atallah, Manners, Stone Pine Distillery, Patina Wines, Sons and Brothers of Millthorpe, Wines by Greg.

The knowledgable staff, some of whom are winemakers themselves, take customers through personalised tastings.
