Kyogle 123 is a luxurious 5 bedroom period home perfect for 4-10 guests. Great for business or private use. It is spacious , comfortable , luxurious. It is centrally located, one block to trains, buses, pubs, restaurants , supermarkets, cafes, parks, aqua centre and gyms.

All modern amenities including free Wifi ,bluetooth sound system, a large flat screen TV. There are two work/dinging areas; one seating 6 and another 8.Negotiable for extended long stays and corporate returning guests.

Each room has a queen size bed with ample space within the room, cupboards and great decor. Four of the bedrooms are located downstairs and one bedroom is upstairs .The upstairs bedroom is studio style with a private shower, vanity and toilet. Downstairs are 2 bathrooms one with a toilet, shower, double vanity and the other with a claw foot bath tub, perfect for a bubble bath.

There is a well, fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ and bar to enjoy an evening sundowner There is a fully equipped laundry, with dryer and ironing faciltities.
