Riesling Vertical and a Plate of Germany - Stomp Festival

Lerida Estate is bringing a touch of Germany to their Venue this April as part of the Canberra Wines Stomp Festival, with a one-off tasting experience celebrating one of the world's great grape varieties: Riesling.

Riesling Vertical & a Plate of Germany offers guests a guided vertical tasting of Lerida Estate Rieslings alongside a generous plate of classic German fare.

The tasting will explore the versatility and age ability of Riesling, including a rare opportunity to experience Feder Weisser — a semi-fermented Riesling that is lightly sparkling, slightly sweet, and traditionally enjoyed during harvest in Germany. This will be poured as part of the tasting and also available by the glass.

With polka tunes setting the atmosphere, the afternoon is designed to be relaxed, fun, and a little of both worlds — with one foot in cultural roots of Riesling while the other celebrating the deliciousness that is Canberra region Riesling.
