Qigong and Meditation

The Crookwell Tea House and Gallery offers regular introductory Qigong and meditation classes on Monday nights. Drop in visitors and beginners are welcome, but should call ahead to confirm sessions are running and to book in. Qigong is a traditional Chinese healing modality that uses gentle movement, breathing and meditation to cultivate and regulate intrinsic Qi energy. Qigong is suitable for all ages and abilities and has been demonstrated to have far ranging health benefits. Aside from improving physical well-being, Qigong can lead to greater mental equilibrium and assist with reducing stress related disorders such as anxiety, depression and sleep disorders. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
