The Art of Chess Club

Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, join us for an afternoon of chess, connection, and fun in the beautiful new Glen Innes School of Arts and Music.

The Art of Chess Club is for, beginner to advanced players, challenge and competition , social connection, tips, learning, and development and appreciation of the art of chess.

Gold coin donations are greatly appreciated and help cover the cost of room hire and resources.

If you have a chess board you're willing to bring and share, please tick the box at checkout. This will help us ensure there are enough boards available for everyone to play.

All ages are welcome. Please note that this is a community gathering, not a supervised activity. Families remain responsible for supervising their own young people and determining whether they are able to attend independently.

Tea and coffee are also available in the kitchen for a separate small donation, with refreshments managed independently of the chess club.
