The Woodstock Memorial Show is held annually on the first Sunday in September, the first day of spring, Fathers Day. The Show was instigated in 1946 initially as a gymkhana with the sole purpose of raising funds to support the ongoing maintenance of the Woodstock Soldiers Memorial Hall, to this day this remains just one of the objectives of the annual event.

The show encourages the development of pastoral, agricultural, horticultural, viticulture, industrial and cultural pursuits of Woodstock and the surrounding district. The Show provides prizes including cash and trophies.

The beneficiaries of the annual show include the Woodstock War Memorial Hall. The show also makes numerous donations to the community or other charitable organisations in Woodstock and surrounding districts.

The Show also provides the opportunity for community groups to raise funds through activities on Show Day. The success of the community event has been recently recognized by Agricultural Societies Council of New South Wales, with the show receiving the Innovation Award for 2016.

The show is run by the community for the community. It is a great day out for the family. Affordable and Fun!

Does not cater for people with access needs.
