The property accommodates up to 12 guests in luxurious, rustic comfort, each room with it's own bathroom. It is perfect for a group of friends or extended family celebrations.

Mutton Falls also boasts a romantic 150 year old wooden barn venue with fully equipped commercial kitchen facilities and formal garden.

There are 5 bedrooms, each with bathroom and luxurious linen. The homestead has 1 king suite with slow combustion fireplace, lounge area, separate entrance and full bathroom; 1 double room with ensuite and daybed & 1 queen room with full bathroom featuring a gorgeous tin bath. There is also an extra single sized daybed in inner living room. The schoolhouse comprises 2 private queen rooms each with ensuite and deck.

The 150 year old barn is fully equipped with a modern commercial kitchen, bar and accessible facilities. The barn offers a wonderfully rustic ambience in which to celebrate marriage, birthdays and events or hold workshops, retreats and gatherings.
