The restaurant offers fresh seafood, from live local eastern rock lobster and live Tuggerah Lake mud crab, to shucking oysters on demand. They believe nobody from Sydney to Newcastle offers fresher seafood. Their menu consists of at least five fresh whole fish at any time; fresh, not frozen, prawns; seafood platters including lobster, oysters, Australian large king prawns, Morten bay bugs, mussels, octopus, scallops, fillet of fish, and from the deep fryer, salt and pepper squid and chips.
WatersEdge likes customers to enjoy fresh seafood at reasonable prices. They are open 8am to 9pm daily.
