The menu includes crispy tortillas with ajo verde hummus, Argentinian-style serrano ham dusted with paprika and chargrilled heart of palm. The vegetable-focussed menu means that vegetarians, vegans and those on a gluten free diet are deliciously catered for. Carnivores can enjoy seafood on the parrilla (grill) plus steak and chicken dishes.
The cocktail list includes Peruvian pisco and Brazilian Cachaca, but the highlight is the Design-A-Margarita menu. Choose your tequila, silver or gold, your preferred flavour and whether you want it shaken or frozen. Salud!
