The Lookout gets it's name from an anvil that was placed on the lookout in 1940. A wind eroded cave is just 400 metres to the west. Dirt road access for two kilometres. It is a ten minute walk from the carpark and Hat Hill Road has approximately 8km of dirt access - however the view is well worth it.
